This is the first illustration for the book "The lonely penguin", Im working on.

....you made me teary eyed.
It's nice and dark but the cute little penguin sticks out perfectly. It looks lovely.

Aww, this is lovely.

It looks like you drew the moon, penguin, and landscape on different paper and cut them out? I think it's what makes this picture so charming along with the simple, black and white illustrations.
The background is simple and doesnt take any attention away from the penguin. :) It's really very cute.
